CHRISTINE G. CORDERO
Movement Strategist, Facilitator, Trainer
I work with you, your team, allies, and stakeholders to:
craft clear strategy;
design and facilitate events and processes that align with your goals and values, and
train you and your teams on narrative, public speaking, storytelling, leadership development, and/or team empowerment.
About
Christine believes in a world without soul-crushing meetings; where strategic play is an accepted necessity for imaginative solutions to our most dire injustices; and where we win and get free every single day through our interconnectedness, authenticity, and joy.
As a facilitator, trainer, speaker, and strategist with over 25 years of experience in social change work, Christine has organized and built coalitions across environmental health and justice, workers' rights, and economic justice. She was Co-Director at Asian Pacific Environmental Network, and served as Executive Director at the Center for Story-based Strategy.
Christine is an alumnus of Rockwood Institute’s Leading from the Inside Out Yearlong Fellowship, and the EJ Disrupt Design Fellowship with the New School Tishman Environment and Design Center. She is one of three recipients of Stanford University Centers for Equity, Community, and Leadership’s 2024 Changemaker Award. She is proud to serve as a board member for Interfaith Movement for Human Integrity and the National Committee for Responsive Philanthropy.
Christine is an ordained priest of the Chozen-ji line of Rinzai Zen, and trains in Oakland, CA and Kalihi Valley, HI.
